Well, it's back to Scottish Rite

For those not in Site Chat this morning, I broke the news that, indeed, Megan has been re-admitted to the hospital. After receiving her new G-Tube, she was weighed. She is now down to 12lbs 6oz. This is the lowest she has been in a good 4 or 5 months. No specific reason were given as to why she lost so much weight in a week, but my speculation is that it's due in large part to her being sick for the last 6 days. This is what the major problem with having a metabolic disorder is, it's not the disorder that sickens people, it's the fact that the disorder causes her immune system to be weak that allows the viruses in. Sort-of like HIV is. HIV doesn't kill people, it's the pneumonia or cold or whatever the HIV infected person gets, that kills them. Anyways, I'll update you all as I get more news. Good thing is, we expected it, so we were already packed and ready to go. Pray hard.
