w00t! Work life in order: and how to bait and switch? Pls help

Got permission to come back to work for 7 hours (8-3) instead of the full 8. Fantastic! Going to raise my work/life balance just swimmingly.  Also found out through the grapvine who my new manager will be. He's cool, bit it's odd: I trained him. I guess a year and a half off (as well as being put on special projects before that) can kinda slow down your career, huh?  But who cares? I get paid just fine, my job is stable, I have no pressure AND I have a fantastic home life. I am truly blessed


And tonight? The ladies are going out!  We are going to some Tapis Restaurant downtown, then drink our faces off.  Here's the thing. My friend is single. I think she's gorgeous, but she can't seem to land a date. She's very shy around men and is way too... hard to get I guess? Very ...  won't make the first move. I was never like that: I am a total 100% flirt. I love flirting, if it was in the Olympics... well, maybe I would go to provincials, I mean let's be humble here.


Point is, I have talked with my OTHER friend for AGES about pulling a bait and switch... but I have NO idea how. Does this stuff actually work?  All we want to do is get a few numbers for my friend. Sh'es awesome, and there HAS to someone out there for her, but she's so shy!


But what do you guys think?

if she is out with you and your other friends, guys will not come up to her because of the Pack mentality..to difficult to approach on of the pack without the possibility of being attacked/shot down/mauled/shunned. She has a better chance if she is just with one of you..\r \r Or you could just let the guys know she is really shy but just needs someone to make the first move...Then show him your boobs as a bonus..\r \r I am just saying...every little bit of motivation helps..\r \r >:)

lb is right, if it's a big group of girls you'll likely only get a-holes approaching her. And the bait-and switch--do you mean getting other girls to give guys her phone number? Yikes.......

no bait and switch like I get the guys to come over with my animal intense charm, then sorta throw my buddy to the man-hounds \r \r okay not THAT bad, but you get hte picture

if it is just you two..sure that should work. But if you are in there with a pack of ladies and do it...it will not work.

Set her up on some blind dates. And if a girl can't land a date there is probably a reason. She's either 1) not attractive 2)fat or 3) gives off man-hating vibes.
