We all like to make up new words - and (at times) I feel I am particularly good at it.  Like the other day at the bank.  There was a fine teller that was wearing a blouse that was - well - puffy.  But don't get me wrong, it was a nice and flattering blouse - looked really good on her, but the chest-area was puffy.  It gave the appearance of weight and mass, yet could've been an optical illusion.  I dubbed these types of blouses:
