I had to make a quick stop by the mall today on my way home from work.  I love hot chocolate and it was chilly out so I decided to stop on my way out and pick me up a cup.  Starbucks just happened to be right on my way to my car so I stopped in.  I usually only go to Starbucks 3 or 4 times a year so I'm not very familiar with the "Starbucks" lingo.  I was the only customer in there, walked up to the counter and asked for some hot chocolate.  The way too perky girl behind the counter asked me, " What size?"  I asked "what sizes do you have?" She pointed to 3 cups with unreadable handwriting on them which looked like small, medium and large.  I said "I'll take the middle one."  She said " Grande?"  I said " the middle one" she said "Grande?" I said " the middle one".  I think she gave up and charged me for the middle one.  Way too long later a young man asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my "Grande" hot chocolate.  I told him no.  He looked a little puzzled so I guested I was the first person to ever order hot chocolate without whipped cream.  He handed me my drink and that's when I realized a Grande hot chocolate at Starbucks is really a middle cup half full of lukewarm chocolate milk.  So now I know if I want  the middle cup of hot chocolate full order the large cup which will come half full but how do I get it hot?
