Update

 so the first week of softball was rough, got over the soreness....week two sat out a game to let some ppl play against the "not so good" teams and then got shipped off to arkansas and oaklahoma for five days for work.  now back to softball this week.......with a week off in between sore again.....co-ed is 4-0 and mens leage is 3-1 with a tough loss, we will see how the rest of the season goes.......peace out for now ladies and gents.
