trying to buy our first home

Nice looking home.\r \r It is scary buying a new home, was for me at least.. I was worried about, the what ifs.. I was self employed and while i was doing well there was that nagging feeling, WHAT IF (something) happens????\r \r In the end when my divorce happened I let her have it and walked away.. was great.. for her because the market went nuts and she sold it for a big profit lol.. but hey shes out of my life...\r \r but home looks great, hope you can buy it and hope you enjoy it for years to come
