Today's pic is of Multnomah Falls, just east of Portland, OR. We went to see this the last time we were there, a couple years ago. I couldn't wait to try my hand at some soft water shots (I will show some of those next time) because I had just purchased a set of Neutral Density filters. The S7000 doesn't lend itself very well to that range of manipulation, I had to get some filters. That is another downfall of the camera, it is only f 2.8 - 3.1.

Anyway, here is the view from below, looking up at the bridge. It was a difficult shot, because of the sun beaming down through the trees, plus I had to shoot into the sun. To see it in full res, right click and save as on your computer.
