Can sports announcers please stop referring to the current NFC Champions as the "New York Football Giants".  No one under the age of 60 remembers that there ever was a baseball team named the New York Giants.  I don't remember that anyone referred to the Arizona Football Cardinals, even when they were still in St. Louis.  I know I'm going to have to hear this repeated for the next 2 weeks and it's gonna drive me crazy.

Never the less I will be going against all that is holy in my nature and root for a New York team in 2 weeks at the Superbowl.  As much as I dislike NY I hate the Pats even more.  Good luck New York Giants, hopefully we'll have back to back Manning championships.

I always noted that \"football\" was inserted inbetween NY and Giants. Always sounded odd to me too that they would still do that after all these years since the NY Baseball Giants moved like 60 years ago.
