To My Wife....

She doesn't read this, but I wanted to put it here anyway.

You've heard me a thousand times tell you that you're beautiful.

You'e heard me a thousand more telling you that I love you.

There was a part of me that was dead inside, you brought it back to life.

I never thought that I could be happy.

You changed that.

You took what was broken and made it whole.

You've made my life something that it was supposed to be.

You've shown me the beauty that is life.

I have many days when I'm not the man you deserve,

and yet you love me in the morning, no matter what.

You brought me something I haven't had in a decade.

Like the sunrise, you have shown me hope dawning.

I see us raising our family with laughter and wonder.

I dreamt last night that we were together, no idea where.

We were a family, drawing all the eyes at our joy.

I woke with tears of joy in my eyes.

You are the blessing that I count the most.

Thank you for the best Father's Day I've ever known.
