thumbs up?

President Bush yesterday handed over executive power to Cheney for 2 1/2 hours so that he could endure a prostate exam.  The white house reported that this was a routine, scheduled exam and that there was no reason to believe the president has prostrate cancer.

When I heard that - I immediately imagined Bush hanging out of the hospital window giving a thumbs up regarding the exam...
