Three PS3 Games I want to see this year

We do know it was PRE-RENDERED but is expected to get close and its possible we do know graphics can look this good on the 360/PS3. But my biggest question is not the graphics, but will it have decent game play and a good story? I have hopes because of the PSP Killzone game is so great.

Word from insiders is that it runs at a crap 22FPS right now, which is scary, but looks fantastic except for the terrain which could use work..
