Things I used To Own

So, I was sitting here thinking the other day about some of the very cool toys I used to own. I thought I would share them with you all and see if any of you owned any coolness yourselves.

Big Track. Rememeber this little gem? You could program in commands and make it move down you hallway and turn left. (ish). Anyway a lot of fun.

2.View Image

Evel Kenievel Toothbrush. You know you wanted one. If you did have one you probably spent more time "jumping" your sink than brushing your teeth. Explains some of my cavities.

3.View Image
Stretch Armstrong. Hell yeah, tell me you didn't open him up to see what he was made of. that weird gooey crap, not quite liquid, not quite solid.

4.View Image

Merlin. Looked more like some kind of futuristic communicator than a handheld game. Good for playing Tic-Tac-Toe.

5.View Image

Gi Joe. Now I was big into the GI Joes. I had ALL of them. This included the Jeep, the headquarters, this rocketship. They suck nowadays but back than they were the bizzomb. Could explain my career choice.

6.View Image

Mattel Football. The first of the handhelds to come with "Awesomeness"

7.View Image

Atari 2600. Bow down to your God. The big daddy of consoles. The super numerator of gaming. Give it up to the King.

8. View Image

The Huffy Cheater Slick. Yes I did get outside back in the day, and when I did, I did it on a Huffy. Mine was Red and faster than greased bullets. At least it seemed that way to me at the time.

So anyway, those are a few of the cool toys I had as a kid. What do you remember from you childhood?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!\r \r I haven't even thought about the BigTrack until now! Man, you are bringing back some memories!\r \r And I must've played that Mattel Football I don't know how many times...I think they came out with a green \"advanced\" one two, right?\r \r I think I had something similar to Stretch Armstrong, but it was some kind of green monster...I think.\r \r And yeah, I think everyone here has probably cut their teeth on the 2600.\r \r Ha! Thanks for allowing me to relive some of my childhood.

Your web site is blowing my mind. I owned a Big Track. The memory of it just shot through my lower brain up into my frontal lobe, causing dizziness. Freaking amazing.
