They called down the thunder.....

THQ has called down the thunder, and now they are going to get it!  I'm pitching my tent in battle with them over a lost COH: opposing fronts DVD which I own the game and have proof of purchase.  Talking to a lowly wonk, I got not help on replacing the DVD.  Today I call managers and start hounding people about getting this replaced.  We'll see if the customer is still right or not.
