The verdict is in
OK, it's been over two months since The Troubles troubled my ipod. Well, it happened again today. Only this time it was while walking the Beast an on my 2nd Gen ipod shuffle (the previous occurrence it was the 5th gen ipod video). Same two songs, same theme, same band nationality, and played back to back in the same order.
Odds of this happening not once, but twice:

Which coincidentally reminds me of an Infinite Improbability Drive calculation from The Restaurant at the End of the Universe.
I'm calling it. There is a diabolically clever coder in Cupertino that I'd like to buy a beer or five.

At first I thought Ireland for a pint, but we have our own troubles here, so, Moe's corner bar sounds good! They even have a free shuttle home. And free wifi, with all you can eat chili cheese fries. :P
