Still looking for financing

So we were denied the loan due to my crappy credit, so we are talking to the owner of the trailer about transferring the notes for a year and then we can refinance the loan in our name and it will be ours.  He is going to talk to his wife about it and let us know, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that this will work.
