Some fixes and the greatest addition to 2o2p since V2

Hey guys, just a heads up on some things.  Firstly the thread over here is the bees knees.  If you haven't checked it out I suggest you do.  If you care about your clan, or even better 2old2play I suggest you read it.  I'll probably have a more official post about the state of things here once that thread runs its coarse so stay tuned.  

Having said that I wanted to let you know of some fixing that I've put into place over the last couple days.  

1) It should now be fairly impossible to double post in forums or comments.  Once you hit the submit button it should disappear with a little message that lets you know its posting.  Hopefully this stops 99% of the double post issues we were seeing in the forums (Thanks walla). 

2) Fixed a bug that caused lag time in some page loads.  We had some issues with a bug that would sometimes cause the site to act a lot slower.  At this point we have an average load time of  5 seconds or below for all pages; which is significantly faster then before.  Site hangs still seem to happen in a lot of cases though and so I'll keep working on performance improvements as we go.  If the site is slow for you, let me know browser, location, time of day, etc.  In fact if it felt faster in the last few days that would be good info to know as well.

3) And this is the most important fix/addition.  Smileys are back in force 

I've added 4 times the amount we had in V2 with over 432 options.  At this point I need reign in the list a bit and make things easier to choose, but everything from V2 and much more are now available.  

4) Finally I've been hearing more about login issues from server other members.  People seem to log in once, then close the browser and have to log in all over again.  This is not something I can replicate on my own end in any browse so I REALLY need your help trying to track down this bug.  Any and all information you can provide would be helpful.  Rock on.
