Softdrinks - No more
Well almost....
I have decided to give up soft drinks. It has been 3 weeks. So far I have only had 3 glasses. One each Saturday. Today, I drank one with my hamburger. It was hard at first, but I don't have the desire to drink them anymore like I used to.

Good job, drinking soda pop is probably the fastest way to put empty calories and sugar into your body that doesn't involve a syringe full of twinkie.
Good for you. For a while I had cut down to 1 or 2 of the mini-coke cans per week. But I'm a coke addict :)
