So... Less than 10,000 to go....

...I have today off, as my wife is going in to get an injection into her back. Fun times all around. I woke up this morning like I needed an injection. I hurt all over. Nothing new with that, as it's a regular scheduled occasion that I get to experience 2-3 times a month.

I haven't had an injection in my back for going on 2 years now. That's a good thing, as when I was getting injections, I was getting them 3-4 times a year. Gets a bit costly.

Anyways, the worst of the worst has happened. While playing Bioshock last night, I started playing an audio diary and at the same time I went to pick up a Gene Tonic. This obviously didn't agree with my 360, as it promptly froze. Dear god. Please no.

Re-booted. Tried to start the game up again. "Unreadable Disc" WTF? I pulled out the disc to make sure it wasn't scratched. Nope... pristine condition. No red ring of death either.  The Disc drive just won't work.  :(

I pop in another game disc. "Unreadable Disc". Please god no. I just got a COD4 Beta code. If I send my box in now, I won't get to try it out. If I don't send my box in now, it may not return in time for Halo 3.

*Sigh* This may be the excuse I need to buy my elite. We'll see.
