Snap, Crackle, and Pop...round 5 (or is it 6?)

So over the weekend my son was playing on the 360 when suddenly there was a flicker and a pop, and the console shut down.  It came back up immediately flashing 3 red lights.  Bah


So last night I'm playing Bejeweled 2, and pop...there it went again.  3 red lights again.  Dammit.


I'm currently on my fifth 360, looks like its time for #6.  I wonder if I should ask for an Elite this time out, or something with a guaranteed cooler processor.  :)


Gonna call tonight after work, hopefully I'll get someone who speaks English.

A pop? Maybe you are getting power surges?

I thought it might have been a power surge, but there was no reaction from my computer or any of the lights. Maybe I'll hold off until it happens again, we'll see.\r \r And Tank...yeah, I rubbed that clear cream on my console before my last T&F session... :)
