Skate update

I am really having a lot of fun with skate. It's taken a little while to get the hang of the new control system, being a Tony Hawk-trained button masher, but I am starting to get comfortable with the right stick controls and soon I'm sure it'll be automatic, just like the automatic 'left trigger-up-down' sequence on the TH games.


However, I am really, really disappointed with the online tie-in.  I am having big problems with the EA website, and they aren't even really related to the game.  The website for posting my videos wants me to link my gamertag--which I have done, numerous times. From time to time I get stuck on the login window.  I can understand problems with the uploading of the videos themselves--but login problems? Cripes man, how long has the EA website been up and they haven't even squashed a bug like logging in and linking your gamertag? Very, very poor.


The worst part--I can't even click on other peoples' links to watch videos--the site tells me my gamertag isn't linked!!! All I can do is log in and sift through all the videos for ones to watch, I can't watch specific videos. I know people are always bitching about EA for various reasons, but this one sucks all the more because it's a great game, and an awesome feature but their shitty website is making the experience very frustrating.

After hearing all the issues my next door neighbor had trying to do that, I've given up on THINKING about trying to get this fixed...\r

Tell Stranglehold if he wasn't damned near impossible on the third level I may have stuck with him for a while, but for now I need a break from that frustration. I have found a newer, larger source of frustration.
