Skate

 I picked up Skate yesterday. I like the game. The game has a real laid back feel, and I love just bombing around town exploring. I also love the sound track. Call me old school but Cheap Trick and the Sex Pistol on one sound track J

The one thing that makes this game stand out is the actual control system. I know a lot has been said about the “Flick it” controls, but it really makes you think, and practice lines in game until you pull it of. I know a lot of games these days’ simplify things for a broader audience, but I like a challenge. I like that feeling of satisfaction when you feel like you achieve a great trick run in the game.
