Since joining

I've been gaming since pong in the dark ages and have progressed though the various stages to xbox 360. I have always liked the challenges that video games have wether it be fps,rpg,drivers,or third person shooters. But when i bought xbox and then xbox 360 i got away from console gaming in general. Left it up to my boys. Seeing it was more of there generation and it was more chaos than fun.

So my brother and brother in law played pc games in stead seeing how they did not own an xbox. But we used teamspeak to communicate as we played and things were good. We had fun dispite the timmys.

Then real life got in the way. I changed hours and days off, same with brother and brother in law computer and internet did not play well anymore(needs to update pc) with the games we played. So i started getting bored in the morning and fired up the 360 and stated console gaming again. Mostly poker to start with and got bored and started messing with some of the shooters  and got hooked on consoles once more. 

The timmys were a problem.  So i did a  search for  older gamers.  It brought me here. Since joining 2o2p about 6 weeks now,my friends list has many gamer tags in it compared to none. Other than my boys school buds and timmys. It has created a problem. I bought the boys there own 360 so i could get online and game with my newly aquired friends.

Ok i need to stop rambling and get to the point. Because of this site, i have aquired some new friends and enjoy gaming again. Thanks 2o2p. Found a mature gaming site with like mind and fellowship.

I hear will gaming all us newbies say the same general thing that we are glad that we have found this site and the mature gamers hear.

I've done somthing that i have not done since mech warrior days. I joined a clan. Having a blast.

Enough of this dribble got new games to play that i have aquired from christmas.
 
By the way have not gamed on the pc since. Trying to get brother and brother in law to buy 360. Looks like there might be some new members coming your way.
