Shotty Review - For ATC

The shotty is okay - you have to be melee-close for it to be a one hit kill - it takes three or four if they guys is dancing around a moderate distance away from you.  The damage it puts out is okay - i would say it similar to the shotty in COD2, def not the takedown power of the GoW shotty.


But these beta maps are so open, and the other weapons are extremely effective close range [or off the hip] - there is even a perk to increase your off the hip accuracy.




I personally just love yelling RPG! RPG! RPG! RPG!

I was cursed several times for using the \"Noob\" RPG, the Beta is out for 24 hours and there are already \"noobs\".\r \r I simply replied \"Eat it bitch\"

Looks like I will have to use the perks to make this weapon great. Thank you for the review. I can't wait to get my box back and try to get a token so I can get to customizing. Thanks again.

ummm...did you ever use the shotty in COD2? That thing is a friggin sniper weapon. Especially if you take the time to aim down the barrel.

the customization is really one of the best parts of the game - \r \r The red dot! I got it after completing one of the challenges. Basically, to get more equipment mods you have to kill a certain number of people with that weapon. So I am halfway through assault weapons now.... The red dot was one of the perks - the camo [desert or jungle] is another - there are also grips and sights.

What the hell is RPG? I'm a noob. \r \r And yeah - I tried the shotgun for like a second...It would work okay in Vacant because that's fairly close quarters fighting, but past that...meh. Plus - it's way more fun to knife people when you're that close =)

Oh yeah King, I was in Hotties with Shotties a division of Team Teabag....lol....\r \r It isn't as powerful as that, but as far as the reload, gameplay and \"kick\" of the weapon is very similar to COD2

Rocket Propelled Grenade - tara say it with kinda an Arabic accent and you will know what it is. It's those damn green beer tube looking things that are slung over every Somali child's shoulder.

COD 2 I use only the shotty \r COD 3 I only used the Medic with Shotty\r COD 4 I see my self revamping Perks to use the Shotty\r \r Thank you both TDrag and Jeep, I will use this with extreme caution. Did you receive any equipment for using this gun?
