Sea Bass FTW!

Ok, first off, I hate seafood.  I have problems with the taste of fish.  I mean, it tastes... fishy.  Anyways, a vendor came down to visit, and took us out to lunch to P.F. Changs.  Great Chinese restaurant.

Last time I was there, one of my co-workers let me try a piece of his Sea Bass.  Wow.  Tasted great.  So this time around, I decided I would take a leap of faith and I ordered the Sea Bass which is $20 a meal.

OMGBBQ!  Sea Bass FTW!

I used to eat Sea Bass a couple times a week at home. Our local store carried it in 6 oz portions. They were around 6-9 bucks each! but the flavor was extroadinary. I did some research and found that there are hundreds of fish labled Sea Bass. This particular species is being horribly overfished to the point that it will become extinct... fast. So, restrictions were made, and now it is harder to find and very expensive.\r \r To me, broiled, it had a wonderful texture, was very moist and actually had a buttery taste.\r \r \r And now on to more important things... a gallon of beer in 20 minutes? pish! That isn't even a challenge!!!!! Hell, I went to college! only a gallon? ahahahaha, please. talk to me when you get serious!
