I recently purchased 7 Honda scooters for $200 from a local Honda shop that inherited the scooters when they bought out another shop. None of them run and most of them are in fairly good shape. I am hoping to repair and sell as many as I can, keep a few perhaps and sell the rest for parts.

My collection so far is this-

The purple 1987 Elite 50s looks to be in the best shape out of all of them so I am starting with that one but the one I am really hoping to get running and keep is the Express II. That is a cool looking little ride. Mine is yellow but this is what they look like-

Why not save them and get a big field or track and have scooter racing? You know make more money and sell coke or pepse or even RC Cola for the kids/guys that just want to have fun?

Own a race track? No thanks. Insurance would be an arm and a leg. \r \r By the way, I bought all seven scooters for $200.

That is great! Ahhhh, memories. Had a late 80s model Elite 80, and a buddy had an Aero 125. We used to mod them with aftermarket parts and then use octane booster to get them to really go.\r \r For $200, you got a great deal, and with the recent popularity of Vespas, you should be able to turn these around and make a nice little profit. Good luck and be sure to post the \"after\" pictures! :)

Cool stuff T, I am hoping to keep the two Aero 80s for Cutie and myself for just that reason. Send me a picture of you two on your scooters.

I have thought about getting one, but then I think of what I would look like riding a scooter around town...... not pretty. Good buy for you though! Good luck with the repairs and hopefully you can make some serious coin!

sweeet scooter racing would be great.. it could be like road rash on the sega genesis!!! but instead of chain's you could use jump rope's:) good luck bro, 200 dollars is a great deal!!
