Well, I am sorry to report that I have been traded out of the MML league. Yep, I will not be able to participate in the playoffs as I have been traded to a team that (at the time of the trade) was eliminated. 

I guess I understand the position of my GM, but I have to be honest in saying that I am disappointed in the structure of the season. To be on a team for a month and climb to 2nd place, only to be traded to a team not in contention right at the end is a let down. I am not saying that I wanted to win. I just want to play and participate. Overall my MML experience has been positive, but this ending has taken away any positive feelings that I have had.

I may not be the best player on my (or any other) team, but I committed fully to the MML, never missed a game, or practice, played my best every second and that was my contribution. If I missed the playoffs because of my playing ability or commitment, then so be it, but I feel that I was marginalized because of the structure.

Bitching, ranting, or complaining. Take it for what you will. That is how I feel.

To Caesar: I am fully indebted to you for creating this league. You have put so much into this season. My hat is off to you. Please do not take what I have said as being directed towards your efforts, you have done an incredible job.
