A couple days ago, my son called me on my cell to ask me what to do.


He was playing viva pinata and the box frozeView Image


I told him just to shut it off and turn it back on.


Later a night same thing happen to me when playing chromehunds.


The following day the incidents got closer and closer.


Last night I could not participate on a COD3 ladder match, because everytime the game would start my box would freeze.


I changed to Chromehunds, and I went to try to change something on my hund and it frozze againView Image


I called best buy and they told me I have the performance plan not the exchange plan. That means MS will try to fix it first before they give me a new one.


It will be such a sad xmas if I can't play.View Image


I want my healthy box back....View Image

Oh, man! This is what happens before 3-red lights of death! If your system is at least a year old, it's probably covered under extended warranty.

Yes. I still have warranty. I got it on realese date, so decided to get the extended warranty. But I have to send it away for repairs :(

you can do what i did when mine was out for repairs i just rented one in the meantime\r \r rent a center if you have one in your area \r \r is pretty cheap i spent 60 bucks to have it for 3 weeks \r \r better than not having nothen at all

Like I told you - go buy a new one from BB. Put your HDD and play. Return it within the return timeframe, then go buy another one. \r \r Rinse, repeat. Force them to give you a free rental, and next time screw the ext. warantee and swap it with a walmart unit

Food's right. That's what I had to do when my 3rd box froze. thankfully I was able to sell it to a co-worker and didn't take it back to the store. No way I was going without my box for over a week.
