review time again

Had my annual review at work the other day, exact same review as the last three years.  It went great, everyone is happy and it turns out that I am now working on over 80% of all commercials that are shot in Toronto.  It started out 4 years ago and I was doing about 50% then, mostly clients that were excited about a new shop in town to work at, and some looking to make a change.  Now it looks I have won over most of the city so I am quite excited about it!  We have 2 other shops that are our competition, so they are sharing the other 20% (thankfully they also do a lot of TV and movies, so they wont be going out of business).
