Resolutions.... the Evolution..

Why would I make promises to myself once a year??  Long ago I determine that just because the calendar was upping a digit, that didn't mean I had to buckle down right then.  Setting myself up for failure.  The early days of the new year are stressful enough without haveing to box myself into ridiculous ideas that I apply to myself in some sort of fiscal or physical dream of what I should be.

So my resolution, as it is every year, is to act on impulse.  To hit when the iron is hot.  To make the most out of every oppurtunity as it presents itself.  Not because a holiday or merchandiser tells me I should!  Because I feel it, and if I feel it - then it makes it more worth the while.

2008... insane year for me.

Hubby returned from AIT training, and walked into the banking collapse... still working on that one.

I left PMS clan, then returned again... now leading a division that is such a great group of gals!

My beloved 2old4duty moved on to rise again as TangoDown.  Leaving me with two sites that I can stop in and say hi everyday.

I got to meet some awesome peeps - Lucifer's Pearl, Soup, LB75, Peepshow, Drunk, the infamous Ceasarrrrr, Doodi, Smooth, Tara, and gaggles of others at the LAN. I wish we could LAN everyday, and I hope that in whatever life we have after this, there is a hotel conference room stuck between 3 weddings and a botox bar for us to hang out and play Rock Band 58.

I beta'd, I avatar'd, I chatted, and pwnd and put some extra miles on my Elite this year.  Here Here for no RROD in 2008!  Pray for the same in 2009!
