Reply to All

For the love of all thing holy there needs to be some kind of checks and balances to prevent people from overusing the reply to all function.  I think Microsoft should incorporate a dialog box for every person on the address list that says does (insert person's name here) need to be copied on the reply you are about to send?  Maybe just maybe then people will reconsider how they want to use that button.

What makes it even worse the some people's feeling that they need to reply to all to tell the person not to reply to all.  It's like yelling at someone at a movie theater to be quiet (credit to Rabb).  I swear I love watching that unfold like a wave at a football game.

Thanks for listening!

Not to mention when you actually WANT somebody to use that feature they can't figure it out. I went on vacation with a bunch of friends last summer and no matter how many times we told the travel agent to \"reply all\" on the emails, she never did.

I thumbed you down. Even though I agree with you in principle, I didn't like the banner ad that was running when I saw your blog.
