Next up, is kind-of gross. My ankel got totally pwned on Wednesday. I hike Kennesaw Mountain Trail on my lunch breaks during the week and coming down, about a third f the way, I was jogging and landed on a rock the wrong way. Ankle rolled, I writhed in pain and had to hobble about a 3/4 of a mile the rest of the way down. This is probably the 7th or 8th time I've rolled this ankle and I think it hurts worse after each one. I went out and replaced my dog-eaten Aircast with a new one. All I have to say is "Look at all the pretty colors."
