Prarie Punisher Duathlon

The Prairie Punisher Duathlon offers a short course and a long course. The short course is a 5K run, 27.5K bike, and a 5K run. The long course is a 15K run, 61K bike, and a 5K run that serves as a 2007 Long Course Duathlon World Championship Qualifying Event.
