I'm not really big on the majority of the ones found on the internet, but this one, I have found to be almost spot on. I've taken it twice now, and have gotten fairly similar results both times, with the results pretty much accurate as to how I perceive myself:

Hmm, I need to take it a few more times before I really trust it. It gave me 'Reserved Idealist'. \r \r Overall, for personality tests I like the MBTI.
