Joseph's mom's lawyer was sick yesterday - so we have him for a few more days.  I kinda look at it as a birthday gift to myself from the county.  The situation when it gets to court is that she will be trying to get back all 3 of her kids to take care of alone - as her husband has left and moved away.  He stopped visiting him 2 months ago for whatever reason.  We'll see how it goes.
