Oblivion is #1

Well, after about 190+ hours, I finally completed the main questline of Oblivion.  Sure, I could've powered through it in a fraction of the time, but then I would've missed so much.  The world of Oblivion is just so huge.  You are never without something to do, someone to talk to or someplace to go.   I have never, In my life invested this much time into one game.  I love video games, so I always want to try all the good games.  This means I usually don't devote all of my attention to just one game.  When I get a new game, I usually make my way through the single player campain/story and move on to the next one, or simply get tired of it.  Even with "sandbox" type games like GTA or Saints Row, I find myself losing interest after awhile.  Not so with Oblivion. Sure, after 150 hours or so I took a break from it, but I kept coming back for more.  Now here I am, finished with the main quest, and I still have no intention of hanging up my Daedric armor.  I still haven't touched the Fighters or Thieves guild quests, not to mention the dozens of forts and caves I have yet to explore.  I can say without question that Oblivion sits firmly on top of my favorite games of all time list.  And with the Shivering Isles expansion on the horizon, I don't see it leaving my collection any time soon.  I loves me some Oblivion, and it be showin like a mothafucka.

Congrats man.\r \r Ive rented that game twice. First I played for about 5 hours and it didnt grab me.\r \r After reading a bunch on this website about how much it rocked I rented again and forced myself to play much more..still no bite.\r \r This isnt a bag on your game at all...clearly Im just missing the boat on a great game somehow. :(

Big Punisher,\r \r I agree! Oblivion rocks! This is one of those games were $60.00 is well worth it, and that is saying a lot. The way most games are now, you'd be lucky if the game doesn't suck, let alone it being long enough.\r \r In any event, I can't wait for Shivering Isles. Then it's off to Oblivion Land once again.

I have well over 400 saves and over 200 hours of play time. Have completed all the guilds, main quests and numerous dungeons/caves/forts. Haven't played for awhile, but am eagerly anticipating Shivering Isles.
