No Soup For Me!

Well, I didn't pick bad, but my weighting for my picks hurt me the most. I won't win any money this weekend, but I learned a few things: Never pick against New England when they are coming off a loss. New England hasn't lost consecutive games since 2002.

Chicago is the early favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. Indianapolis is the early favorite to represent the AFC. Indy has Baltimore for competition. Chicago has no one (at this time).

I'll have to do a better job picking this coming week.

In other news, I've completed painting both the family room AND the kitchen. That was a piece of work. I had to paint a coat of red primer in the kitchen as my wife wanted it painted a dark burgandy. Interesting color, but very pleasing.

Next week: Kitchen Linoleum. Oh boy.
