New Blog Header and Kinda Lame Blog

Mega Thanks for the person that helped me pick out a finalist from the three I was able to narrow it down to. I'd name that person, but I like the mystery of it.....


That's it...not much to say today.


Had a goofy kinda lunch. My husband and I always take Fridays and do an extended lunch together. Usually it's Thai food or Wayside hamburgers. Today my dad wanted to drop by. He brought Bojangles....love them Supremes, man....and my husband showed up with a surprise...my son...LOL. So me, my hubby, my dad, and my son all hung out in the conference room chatting and eating. My husband is taking my son over to his National Guard Unit today to see the helicopters. Pretty cool and I think it will help Ethan understand why his Dad is leaving for 6 months.


Anywho...that is all.

Sounds like a really neat day, good food, good company, doesn't get much better than that. Your husband fly or crew helicopters? Also, what kind? I love them critters!

Sweet! I worked on and flew in rotors the whole time I was in the Corps- I love being on the flight line. The kiddo has a framed Rotor & Wings \"Helos of the World\" poster up in his room-we're huge helo nerds.\r \r Your boy is going to jabber for days about the cool trip with Daddy! I'm jealous... :)

ATC - thanks for the support. :D\r \r Door - he is leaving for BASIC, he will be a blackhawk crewchief when he is done, then he hopes to do flight school and move over to be a pilot.\r \r Supergg - It's fall...gotta get a new look... ;)

helo pilot?! very cool indeed! I am envious of your son getting to go check out the machines! I personally have never had a chance to fly in one, but have always wanted to.\r \r Your header reminds me of a project I once did. If you ever want that shot with your eyes a different color, let me know!

I miss Bojangles.\r I moved away from NC and they don't have Bojangles down here. : (\r \r Nice new header by the way.

I love Thai food, never heard of Bojangles though.
