Dastard said that I would probably never post again after yesterday's debacle... Never! He grossly underestimated my ability to talk about myself. Silly boy.


We got the H1N1 Vaccination yesterday. It was a bit of a madhouse: our "time" was for 4:30, and we were out of there about 7:20. Not sure what the holdup was. Volume of people? Volume of kids? Paperwork? Not sure but you have to have the right attitude going in. We are pretty laid back people so we were fine. Erica was brave, the paramedic giving the shots was awesome... and that is that. Or rather that is NOt that: we have to get the second shot for Erica in 21 days.


Any Halloween plans? Erica is a duck this year... will post pics soon.

I think people are going way overboard on this swine flue stuff. The Flu itself kills thousands every year, swine flu isn't even in the same league yet.\r \r

Halloween plans? Turn out all the lights to ensure no puddle jumpers come to my front door - Yeah, I am one of THOSE people...\r \r And plenty of Borderlands and GOW2...\r \r

I'm nervous about Halloween with the h1n1. Just because my 3 year old is in his first year of preschool and he's never been to daycare. The first year my daughter started school we didn't go one full month without someone in the family sick. The other day the boy got diarrhea and was really tired but never showed any other symptoms. With Halloween - What do you do spray the goody bag with lysol... lol maybe unpackage everything ant than eat? not sure but I've considered chucking everything and letting the kids (and me) eat store bought. all those kids touching the candies... After the healthy kid in TO died everyone is starting to freak out a bit. I probably will get everyone vaccinated but not for a few weeks. Canada has enough vacs for everyone but it's going to take a bit.

Way to be cat, that's what I'm talkin about. Kitten stopped posting and I was actually kinda sad. Glad you are not that thin skinned. ;)

I'm wicked excited about Halloween, only because my nieces and nephew are so stinkin' adorable...My nephew is going as a Monkey, and my youngest niece is a Lady Bug...\r \r J-Cat...this place wouldn't be the same without ya! Glad you stirred the pot a little! ;)
