N00B

Let me just start off by sayin that I'm new to this whole thing.  This is my first blog ever so please excuse me if this is not how it's suppose to be.  Anyways just a little background about myself. I've been gaming since the days of Pong & the Atari 2600.  I'm currently living in Norcal (Bay Area) with my wife & a 3 yr old son who's already into gaming.  I have an affinity for fighting games (Street Fighter franchise) but have recently got hooked onto FPS's.  Usually FPSs have made me dizzy after having played them for several hours.  I can remember playing the original Doom and gettin "seasick" after awhile.  All that has changed.  I guess my eyes & mind have gotten used to First Person views.  Which is a good thing.  I love the Halo franchise.  It has good characters, a supporting expanded universe and a decent story element to it as well.  I'm also a big sci-fi fan as well.   I love Transformers & Star Wars.  Well I hope some of you find this a little informative.
