Ok now i dont know if its just me but my tongue is so blooming sore since i quit smoking?
I dont know if it maybe has something to do with the 4 packs of Polo mints i am sucking or not but jesus how sore can you get :lol:
Also i am finding that i am not enjoying my coffee`s as much anymore my partner was laughing at this as i used to drink anything upto 20 cups a day and if this spoils my coffee i will start smoking again :lol: (jkg).
I will save you all the wonderful sight if my tongue but you know what its like when you burn it on a really hot coffee? Thats what its like all the time :( .

Man that sounds harsh. It may actually be the mints as you say as i only really get that when i have been sucking on mints alot.
Yeah i am gonna have to think about quitting mints next is there no GOD :lol:
