My first entry and some NEW toys!
Hey everyone! Welcome to Bats Blog! This is were i get to rant and rave and carry on ....you know just like my posts in the OMM forum. :D Ill probably get a little less "PC" here and speak a little more from my gut...those of you that follow the A Team thread are probably thinking right now..." you mean he has been holding back on us!!! thats hard to believe! :lol: )
Anyway I thought i would start off with something visual, since Im a visual kinda guy. Below are 2 new toys i have recently added to my collection. I went into NY last Sat to the first annual NY Comic Con. At the jacob Javits Center. I didnt expect much since there hasnt been a decent NY con in 15 years or so. Boy was i surprised!! What a great show. All the major publishers were there and tons of artists, creators, vendors, dealers it was a cornucopia of SCI FI comic book geekdom and needless to say i was in heaven. ( The underwear will have to be washed twice for sure :-) I dont have a llot of time right now so i might post more about the show and my hijinks at it later. But while i was there I found the 2 awesome toys below. I have been searching for the HOG for some time now. I didnt get into the Halo toys till recently and missed this one. As well i missed the marine which has now become a pretty valuable collectors item...well that is if you keep it in the box, and as you can see i broke both those puppies out asap and started playing with them! :lol: So, I hope you will check out Bats Blog often and ill be sure to post to the forums when new stuff has been added.
