My arm is killing me

I have played Wii sports for a few days and my right arm is killing me.

I know I'm going to sound like a geek but I finally got to pro level in bowling.

On a side note I have not seen my wife this much into playing video games in years. So far I really enjoy playing on the Wii.

I just have to make sure it doesn't affect my halo time.
