Forget that political BS blog... this one is going to be a dozy.


I'm *not* getting MW2. I put down $5 for preorder... but I am not going to go get it. Why? I have to some to grips with the fact hat I don't *love* FPS. And I don't have time to play games hta tI don't *love*. That means no MW2 for me. That's okay. There are a few of us out there rocking hte Dragon's Age: Origins.


So.... am I kicked out of 2o2p in general?

Join the club. I'm waay too busy with Forza 3 to justify buying it right now. I guess we're social pariahs now.

I'm in a different boat lol I don't like COD games and especially MW 1. But I bought MW2 because that is what everyone is playing and I would rather game with friends in a game that I don't really care for then game alone. I guess what I want right now in my life out of gaming is camaraderie more than anything.

It's not for everybody. I really want Dragons Age but I know that with MW2 out, I won't give it the love it deserves.

I bought DA:O and just can't find the time for it in the last couple of days. I know it will be like Oblivion and Mass Effect for me. They have become time fillers for me waiting for the next big MP game to come out, and they only end up getting played months after they come out.

J-Cat - No worries my dear. MW2 is a crazy, fast paced shooter. But I love me some RPG's as well and Dragon Age is the shit! I know some think the graphics are a bit dated and what not...but it is just a great game to play when you don't feel like getting online.

I didn't buy Borderlands.\r I traded in World At War.\r I'm not getting UnCharted 2.\r Has anyone seen me play Halo 3 or Gears of War in the past 6 months?\r \r Play what you enjoy. I'm lucky that I loved COD4 and they made a sequel.\r \r *squeeeeellllllll* Woot!\r \r PS. I DID get Dragon's Age, but for the PS3.

Grats, J, for admitting the truth about your gaming likes!!! I have Borderlands and may not get past the 2nd hour of play. And I now have a PS3. COULOW???????

Not to hijack Mrs J's thread, but \r \r LET'S DO THIS Pearly PS3! The PS players are the coolest. \r \r J- saw you as an Elf Rogue, I too, am an Elf Rogue. BTW, survey's say that the Rogue is the weakest when it comes to damage pts, but I enjoy unlocking chests. Alot.

i couldnt bring myself to buy MW2 either, i am looking forward to LostPlanet2 though. i didnt like sitting around everyday for hours on end playing Gears2, not that it wasnt a fun game (until tu4) but theres alot of other games i want to have fun playing.
