May's douchebaggery, and swine flu zombies

View ImageMy nominee for douchebag of the month for May is VH-1.....gone are the entertaining shows like, 100 best metal songs, and the old behind the music......now replaced by Daisey of Love, I love money, and every other "reality" show that is full of douchebag people living up their 15 minutes of fame, while actual trained and schooled actors cant get a gig because of this never ending "American Idol" reality tv era.  I could not narrow it down to one person......pretty much every one on every show on VH-1 is a douchebag, so congrats VH-1, for going from a savior of MTV"S Real World reality era, and being the only music video channel to ACTUALLY play video. to following suite, and ruining your image by having %80 of your shows being "Reality" shows.

ah... I remember back in the day... they used to show MUSIC VIDEOS DAMMIT!\r \r sigh.. I miss videos. They were cool. Why can't we show them anymore? And for all the prodction value that goes into them, you would think that the industry would want to show them... welll I guess they are just saving $

Dude Check out VH-1 Classic. It's for old fart's like us. They should really call it VH-1 the 80's metal channel lol.

Vh-1 just followed the model that MTV started back in the day--move your music videos to some high-number cable channel, call it VH-2 or VH-classic, and then show all your reality shit on the original channel.\r \r I fucking hate reality shows with a passion. And now American Idol is fucking with my good shows--that shit runs over 20 minutes and my DVR records it instead of Fringe. FUCK THAT FUCKING SHOW.

I admit, I like a touch of trash TV. But Daisy of Love is too fucking trainwreck horrible for me to watch. It is a new low.

I couldn't agree more...I miss music. I especially miss the brief time they played diverse types of music which was an eon ago and only last lasted half a second at that.....\r \r \r *sighs*

Hah! They play a couple videos if you get up before 7am. But, I don't think that really helps their douchenozzlery much at all.
