Life Sucks

Pity party for me. Yea.

So anyways, lately, my sleep has sucked, and my back pain, joint pain, and what not all seem to be worse. Well, about 2 weeks ago, I started getting pain in my feet. No biggy. Not back related, as the pain was on the bottom of my feet.

Then, this week, I noticed that I'm getting a lot of pain in my hands. WTF I thought? The pain was on the "blades" of both my hands and felt like I've been karate chopping wood non-stop for a couple of weeks.

Well, my massage therapist is concerned, and said I needed to speak to my doctor about Fibromyalgia. Shit. Talked to the doc. He took me off one of my meds for a week to rule out side effects from it. Well, it's been a week, and it's almost as if the pain is worse.

:( Fibromyalgia mainly affects women, but, men can get it as well. If that is what it is, that would explain a lot of the issues I've been experiencing the past 2-3 weeks.

Poor sleep
Always tired
Joint pain
Muscle pain
etc...

It's just another day in paradise in the Griswald household. If you didn't know, my wife does have Fibromyalgia. It's not a fun disease. She's always tired and always in pain.

Sigh.

Give your prayers for someone else who needs them and deserves them. Like Jolly and his family. Their problems trump mine anyday.
