• The anti-Javelin douchebaggery title update is active on XboX Live and should trigger when Modern Warfare 2 is fired up. I updated my Xbox 360 version but couldn't play (too sick today). There's been no official announcement as to what the update does beyond the Javelin glitch fix.
• Modern Warfare 2 breaks Halo 3 sales record.
• First day Japanese sales for MW2: 100,000, which is pretty good for a Western FPS in Japan.
• Modern Warfare 2 has accumlated an astonishing number of 100% scores, possibly because single player isn't considered that important by some reviewers. Here are today's reviews: Kutztown Keystone. BSCReview. PC Magazine. (It's a one paragraph review of the console version, and it states that there's not another game out there with a story as good. Really. I'd like some of what PC Mag is smoking. I guess there's good reason I don't read PC Mag any more.) Australian Gamer. PlayStationLifestyleNet. FeedYourConsole.
