Just about ready for Dragon*Con

I meant to leave work at 2:30 to go and pick up my badge.  By the time 5:30 rolled around, I really had to go.  I've never understood this about Dragon*Con.  They don't mail out passes if you buy early.  So, when it's the day before con, there is a line stretching for a block of people who pre-registered.  However, they don't limit the number of passes sold, so you go into the day-of registration, buy a 4 day pass, and miss the line.  Most people wait 2 hours to get their badges, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Dark Jedi/Sith Lord costume is done.  It's a little closer to Anakin Skywalker Episode III than I had intended, but it does look pretty good.  Now, I fully admit, I did use the Ep III look as a guide, and got the Anakin belt, so I don't think I should expect anything different.  Not sure about wearing the robe, temps will be in the high 80's and I'll have a t-shirt, dickey, courderoy tunic, vest/talberd on.  The robe may be overkill in that heat.  

As luck would have it, I have meetings all morning, then a sales meeting at noon, so I'm lucky if I'm back downtown by 3.  Twitter feed is AngryJason.  Will try post random cool stuff.
