FOR SCHOOL TO BEGIN!!! SWEET...love em' lots, but pack em' up and SHIP EM' OUT!! Damn, they are still in grade school and will be home after a short 5 hour break....sigh. I will take what I can get. Anyone have potty training tips for my 3 yr old boy that will NOT take a shit in the toilet? thanks

Make him sit on the toilet all day until he does. Then give him a biscuit.

I offered mine a kitten. Didnt work. Then 3 months later when he finally decieded to do it himself he remembered about the cat. I tried everything to get him to go but he just decieded one day he wanted to and it has been good from then on.

Try treats, we did that with our 2 1/2 year old, it made it \"exciting\" to use the potty. She would get 1 teddy gram for a pee and 2 for a poo. We did it for about a month just to get her in the habit. But then girls do tend to be cleaner then boys.

I can't get my 3 1/2 yr. boy to pee or poop. He says \"I don't know how...show me\".

depends on how smart he is. one thing that has REALLY worked is making him change HIMSELF. hand him the wipes, and the new diaper, make him clean himself, making faces as he gets poop all over his hands ect,. Worked wonders with my severely adhd asbergers (sp)nephew who runs rings around my poor, frazzled sister. I had him for ONE day and threw away his diapers and depends when he was about that age
