Indiana

Wow, loooong drive.  We drove 11 1/2 hours to get to Indianapolis (is that spelled right?) and arrived just in time to meet Dave and find out we had a whole 10 mins to get ready to go eat.  Dinner at Maggiano's AGAIN!!!!!  It was wonderful, I met Dave and Sally, and gained another couple of pounds.  This is getting really, really bad.  I either have to lose 10 lbs very fast, or buy some new clothes.  Ack!  Nothing fits!  Buying new clothes is fun, I think I'll go that route. 

Today, visiting with our friends, laid back and nice.  Tomorrow?  On the road again for the trip to Michigan.  Now we shall see how my side of the family compares to the Italian side.  Different, fer sure.  My brother and sis-in-law have a nice heated pool.  On weekends, people come out of the woodwork to gather at their house and do that Michigander thing.....watch sports on the TV, lay around by the pool drinking beer, etc.  And the cookout with lots more food.  Eek!  Another couple of lbs for me. 

Having soooo much fun.  I luv a good road trip.
