If it's not another thing...

...it's yet even another.

So, with my torn meniscus, the doctor put me on some prescription strength anti-inflammatories (Mobic). Well, for the past 2 weeks, I've been experiencing night-sweats about every other night.

Not just waking up sweating mind you, but waking up drenched in sweat and the sheets around me soaked through (no, those of you with your minds in the gutter, I did not piss myself).

So finally I decided to look up night sweats on the internet, and yikes did it give me fright. Cancer is one of the causes of night sweats. That gave me a bit of a scare until I read that typically there are other symptoms on top of the night sweats, none of which I had, so all was good.

I did see that anti-inflammatories was on the list, but it didn't click in my brain until about 2 hours after I read it, that my night sweats didn't begin until after I had started taking the Mobic.

So, I'll have to cut down on my Mobic consumption.
